It supports artificial intelligence, which helps with writing, summarizing text, and translation. Content can be shared, collaborated on in real time, and published as simple web pages. Detailed description
Content creation and management
Notion allows you to create any content in blocks—this means that each piece of text, image, video, table, or widget is a separate element that can be easily manipulated. This makes it possible to create, for example:
- notes, documents, and records
- teaching materials and multimedia pages
- tasks, checklists, and clear lists
- a big advantage is that when you insert text, Notion automatically removes unwanted formatting and unifies the style (font, colors, size), which makes further editing much easier
Databases and templates
- Custom data databases
- Various views—table, calendar, list, or gallery
- Option to freely link databases to other pages or content
- Template library - ready-made templates for planning lessons, projects, or personal organization
Planning and calendars
- Option to create to-do lists, timelines, or monthly overviews
- Integration with Notion Calendar – a separate application for event management, linked to content in Notion
- Notion calendars and other databases can be linked to external applications so that data is also displayed in other systems
Notion AI
- Integrated artificial intelligence (collaboration with OpenAI and ChatGPT) – text generation, text summarization, text translation, explanation of terms, grammar correction
- Notion AI is limited in number of uses, then available as a paid add-on ($8/month for an annual subscription).

- Real-time collaboration (similar to Google Docs)
