How do we verify LMS and their suppliers?

In our catalog, we distinguish several levels of profiles depending on the extent to which we have been able to verify information about the LMS system and its supplier.

Basic profile without highlighting

The basic profile is intended primarily for the registration and basic presentation of the LMS system itself.

It is created based on publicly available information, which we obtain primarily from the LMS website, the supplier's website and other available sources.

Within the Basic Profile:

• we verify whether the given LMS actually exists and is actually offered or used in Central Europe (CZ / SK / PL / DE / AT),
• based on the analysis of the website, we identify key functionalities of the LMS,
• we then have these key functionalities confirmed by the system supplier itself, usually by e-mail.

In the Basic Profile, we therefore primarily state:

• the name of the LMS,
• a brief description of the system,
• key functionalities,
• basic identification of the supplier.

The Basic Profile is therefore intended primarily for the registration and basic presentation of the educational system itself. The supplier profile is displayed only to a very limited extent at this level.

Verified profile Verified profile

The Verified profile represents a higher level of verification and at the same time an expanded presentation of the LMS and its supplier.

Within the Verified profile, we do the same as within the Basic profile and in addition:

• the supplier provides specific examples of implementations and references,
• the supplier guarantees the veracity of the documents supplied by him,
• the supplier is verified by payment,
• the supplier undertakes to comply with our terms and conditions and presentation rules.

Thanks Therefore, we can publish a significantly wider range of information within the Verified Profile, not only about the LMS itself, but also about the supplier.

The Verified Profile allows you to add, for example:

• an extended description of the LMS,
• more detailed information about the functionalities and use of the system,
• screenshots and examples of the environment,
• supplier profile,
• contact details,
• references and examples of implementations.

A Verified Profile means that the information was not only found from public sources and basically confirmed, but that the supplier actively took responsibility for its accuracy and provided additional supporting documents.

Profile with a reduced rating Low rating

If key system functionalities or other essential information cannot be confirmed, the profile's rating within the catalog may be lowered.

Such a profile is then graphically differentiated so that catalog visitors can see that some important data could not be confirmed to the required extent. A rating decrease usually occurs when the supplier does not respond to our calls to supplement or confirm the registered information.
