Thinkific is a platform for creating and selling online courses. It focuses mainly on independent instructors and small businesses that want to quickly build their "online school" and offer paid programs. It offers a drag & drop course editor, the ability to insert videos, quizzes, discussions, and various types of content. From a marketing perspective, it supports coupons, upsells, integration with email tools, and payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal). However, Thinkific does not offer SCORM/xAPI standards and relies on its own format for hosted courses. Pricing plans range from a free option (with limitations) to higher-priced plans with advanced analytics and reports.
