WPLMS is a WordPress solution, consisting mainly of a premium theme (which can be further customized) and a set of plugins that extend its functionality. Its main advantage is its deep integration with the BuddyPress and BBPress plugins, which allows you to build a community dimension to e-learning (forums, groups, social elements). Creators can create courses, quizzes, certificates, and track student progress, while WooCommerce (an e-shop solution designed for WordPress) is supported for course monetization. WPLMS is therefore suitable for projects that want social interaction and a playful community-based teaching style. SCORM/xAPI support is not native and must be addressed with add-ons or external plugins. The system is sold as a one-time license and requires its own hosting and regular WordPress maintenance.
